Ea are c\u00e2rma \u0219i stabilizator vertical unice, fiind alimentat de dou\u0103 motoare Potez 9AB radiale. A avut o treapt\u0103 de vitez\u0103 conven\u021bional\u0103 retractabil\u0103 la aterizare, precum \u0219i spa\u021biu pentru un echipaj de doi \u0219i \u0219ase pasageri. Primul prototip a zburat la 18 iunie 1934, \u0219i produc\u021bia a \u00eenceput pentru pia\u021ba civil\u0103.
