A new letter of Mrs. Ioana Cantacuzino.<\/em><\/p>\n

The letter was addressed to N. Caramfil, the administrator of A.R.P.A. and highlights the irregularities at A.R.P.A., the fraud in making the schedule, the flights „on paper” which are life-threateaning the students, causing five deaths throughout the year at A.R.P.A. She mentioned the director P.S.V\u00e2rnav, the chief pilot P. P\u00e2rvulescu and secretary D. M\u0103nu\u0163 as being guilty.<\/p>\n
