Era un monovolum conven\u0163ional biplan cu aripi egale. A fost echipat cu tren de aterizare fix iar scaunul pilotului \u0219i al instructorului erau a\u0219ezate \u00een tandem. Proiectul a fost trimis For\u021belor Aeriene Rom\u00e2ne, pentru a fi luat \u00een considerare \u0219i a trezit suficient interes \u00eenc\u00e2t au rezultat dou\u0103 prototipuri. \u00cen momentul livr\u0103rii, una dintre aeronave a fost folosit\u0103 pentru teste de lupt\u0103, iar\u00a0cealalt\u0103 a fost testat\u0103 doar la sol.
