Rezultatul a fost o versiune \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bit\u0103 a M.19, cu dou\u0103 locuri, \u0219i aripi care ar putea fi pliate pentru transport sau depozitare.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"times-new-roman\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">M.23 a fost un monoplan, mic, conven\u021bional, low-aripa, cantilever. A avut un tren de rulare fix, principalele ro\u021bi montate pe un ax cotit. Tailskid fin si montajul c\u00e2rmei mai larg \u0219i mai scurt dec\u00e2t la M.19. O mare varietate de motoare au fost montate, puteri cuprinse intre 28 kW (38 CP) ABC Scorpion doi cilindri ai motorului la 112 kW (150 CP), \u0219i \u0219apte cilindri Siemens 14a Sh radiali.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"times-new-roman\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Prima din cele trei variante de produc\u021bie, M.23a a folosit putere joas\u0103 cu reglaj electric al motorului \u0219i a avut o coada unghiular\u0103 vertical\u0103. M.23b a avut puntea superioar\u0103 a fuselajului curbat\u0103, o coad\u0103 mult mai rotunjit\u0103 si a fost produs cu o gama larga de motoare, at\u00e2t \u00een linie c\u00e2t \u0219i radiale. Lungimea depindea u\u0219or de motorul montat. Versiunea final\u0103, M.23c avut o cabin\u0103 de pilotaj \u00eenchis\u0103, cele mai puternice motoare \u0219i a fost u\u0219or mai mare (200 mm\/8 in \u00een deschidere, \u00een jurul valorii de 500 mm\/20 \u00een lungime) dec\u00e2t cele anterioare. Coada sa era din nou diferit\u0103, mai rotunjit\u0103 la v\u00e2rf \u0219i lipsea lift cut-away-ul modelelor anterioare. M.23c a fost dezvoltat \u0219i a c\u00e2\u0219tigat, Circuitul Europei anul urm\u0103tor.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"times-new-roman\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Num\u0103rul de produc\u021bie nu este sigur, dar 74 apar pe registrul reconstruit german civil al aeronavelor civile; 53 dintre acestea sunt M.23bs \u0219i 11, M.23cs.
