Noi&nbsp;to\u021bi&nbsp; elevii lui, \u00eei&nbsp;p\u0103str\u0103m&nbsp;o ne\u0219tears\u0103 amintire, nu numai pentru neasemuitul&nbsp;me\u0219te\u0219ug&nbsp;pe care ni l-a \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat, dar mai ales pentru&nbsp;ne\u021b\u0103rmuita&nbsp;lui dragoste de sbor ce a \u0219tiut s\u0103 ne-o comunice \u0219i nou\u0103,&nbsp;f\u0103c\u00e2nd&nbsp;ca&nbsp;ast\u0103zi&nbsp;noi&nbsp;to\u021bi&nbsp; s\u0103 nu fim cu adev\u0103rat&nbsp;ferici\u021bi&nbsp;dec\u00e2t&nbsp;sus&nbsp;\u00een&nbsp;albastrul cerului.<\/p>\n<p><em>Doamnelor \u0219i Domnilor,<\/em><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">N\u0103dejdile ce le exprimam la&nbsp;sf\u00e2r\u0219itul&nbsp;darei de seam\u0103 de anul trecut&nbsp;\u00een&nbsp;ceea ce privea auspiciile fericite pentru anul 1931 nu s-au realizat.<\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Vorbeam mai \u00eent\u00e2i de Deciziunea Ministerial\u0103 prin care ni se acorda 20.000 lei pentru fiecare pilot brevetat la \u0219coal\u0103 noastr\u0103 \u0219i 40% din pre\u021bul avioanelor cump\u0103rate.&nbsp; \u00cen vederea aceasta a \u0219i fost \u00eenscris\u0103 nominal \u0219coala noastr\u0103 cu 225.000 lei \u00een budgetul Ministerului de Industrie, Direc\u021bia Avia\u021biei Civile; dar suma nu ni s&#8217;a dat, din motive ce ne sunt necunoscute, dar de sigur, nu din lips\u0103 de st\u0103ruin\u021b\u0103 din partea noastr\u0103.<\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Apoi&nbsp;recunoa\u0219terea&nbsp;\u0219colii&nbsp;noastre ca <span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\">\u015e<\/span>coal\u0103&nbsp;Oficial\u0103 a <em>Aero-Clubului Regal al&nbsp;<\/em><i>Rom\u00e2niei<\/i>, ne deschidea n\u0103dejdi de sprijin \u0219i ocrotire din partea primului organ sportiv aerian din Rom\u00e2nia. Dar <em>Aero-Clubul<\/em>&nbsp;av\u00e2nd&nbsp;el \u00eensu\u0219i nevoile sale imperioase, nu a mai putut veni&nbsp;\u00een&nbsp;ajutorul nostru.<\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Din cauza concordatului B\u0103ncei Blank, ni s&#8217;a blocat suma de 167.410 lei ce reprezenta restul fondului de rulment, depus la acea banc\u0103, a\u0219a c\u0103 \u00een toamn\u0103,&nbsp;\u0219coala&nbsp;r\u0103m\u0103sese&nbsp;f\u0103r\u0103&nbsp;fonduri.<\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Astfel anul ce s&#8217;a scurs a fost pentru mica noastr\u0103 grupare un an greu, prin dificult\u0103\u021bile c\u0103ruia am trecut totu\u0219i&nbsp; numai gra\u021bie inimosului sprijin moral, ce ni l-a dat neprecupe\u021bit Pre\u0219edintele nostru Domnul General C. L\u0103z\u0103rescu, pe care \u00eel rug\u0103m s\u0103 primesc\u0103 aci expresiunea gratitudinei noastre.<\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Activitatea \u0219coalei \u00een cursul anului trecut se rezuma astfel: am avut 22 elevi noi&nbsp;\u00eenscri\u0219i, \u0219i anume:<\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">I. R\u0103dulescu<\/p>\n<p>din ace\u0219tia 10 sunt elevi ai \u0218coalei Politechnice c\u0103rora le-am acordat burse pentru a veni \u00een ajutorul asocia\u021biei lor sportive, care dorea s\u0103 formeze o grupare aviatic\u0103.<\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Din elevii&nbsp;\u00eenscri\u0219i&nbsp; 6 s&#8217;au retras dup\u0103 un&nbsp;num\u0103r&nbsp;mic de sboruri, iar 10 au fost&nbsp;radia\u021bi pentru lipsa de aptitudini&nbsp;dup\u0103&nbsp;120 de duble comenzi,&nbsp;trec\u00e2ndu-\u0219i brevetul&nbsp;urm\u0103torii&nbsp;\u0219ase: Natalia Bossel, Mihail Golescu, A. Frimu, N. Negulescu, Tresnea-Greceanu \u0219i Predescu, trei fiind Politechnicieni.<\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">S&#8217;au efectuat pe avionul \u0219coalei \u0219i pe avionul pus la&nbsp;dispozi\u021bie&nbsp;de D-na Ioana Cantacuzino, circa 3.000 de sboruri \u00een 408 ore,&nbsp;realiz\u00e2ndu-se \u00een mici raiduri 3.100 Km.<\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Din lipsa de material&nbsp;asocia\u021bia&nbsp;nu a putut participa \u00een anul acesta la manifesta\u021biuni \u0219i competi\u021biuni sportive aeriene, singur membrul nostru D-l Inginer Ioan Cocia\u0219u proprietarul unei avionete a luat parte la Rallye-ul aerian din 8 Iunie 1931&nbsp;f\u0103c\u00e2nd&nbsp;\u00een deosebi un foarte frumos sbor de noapte decol\u00e2nd de la Pipera noaptea la ora 12 trebuind \u00eens\u0103 s\u0103 abandoneze cursa dup\u0103 \u0219apte ore de sbor din cauza condi\u021biunilor atmosferice foarte nefavorabile.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen Decembrie, c\u00e2nd ori-ce activitate aviatic\u0103 era oprit\u0103 din cauza marilor z\u0103pezi, Ionel Cocia\u0219u, mont\u00e2nd pe avioneta sa skiurile puse la dispozi\u021bie de \u0219coala noastr\u0103 a executat reu\u0219ite sboruri \u00een tov\u0103r\u0103\u0219ia D-lui C. Sidery.<\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Dac\u0103 asocia\u021bia noastr\u0103 a avut activitatea mai redus\u0103 se datore\u0219te faptului c\u0103 budgetul, fiind desechilibrat prin neplata subven\u021biunei de la Stat, nu ne-a permis cump\u0103rarea unui noi avion, cum era prev\u0103zut. Totu\u0219i rezultatele practice sunt satisfac\u0103toare \u00een compara\u021bie cu alte \u0219coli cu avioane \u0219i budgete de milioane.<\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Pronosticuri pentru anul 1932 nu am dori s\u0103 mai facem, va f\u0103g\u0103duim \u00eens\u0103 Doamnelor \u0219i Domnilor, c\u0103 vom depune toat\u0103 st\u0103ruin\u021ba \u0219i munca noastr\u0103 \u0219i sper\u0103m, cu ajutorul lui Dumnezeu s\u0103 invingem toate piedicele pentru a realiza idealul pentru care s&#8217;a jertfit <em>Mircea Cantacuzino.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: medium;\">Raportul Cenzorilor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Domnilor Membri,<\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Avem onoarea a aduce la&nbsp;cuno\u0219tin\u021ba&nbsp;Domniilor Voastre c\u0103 am verificat&nbsp;\u0219i&nbsp;aflat \u00een ordine registrele&nbsp;\u0219i&nbsp;\u00eentreaga&nbsp;gestiune&nbsp;b\u0103neasc\u0103&nbsp;a&nbsp;asocia\u021biei&nbsp;pentru&nbsp;prop\u0103\u0219irea&nbsp;turismului aerian &lt;&lt; Mircea Cantacunzino&gt;&gt; pe anul 1931.<\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Am verificat de asemenea conturile de venituri&nbsp;\u0219i&nbsp;cheltuieli&nbsp;\u0219i&nbsp;bilan\u021b pe 1931, cum&nbsp;\u0219i&nbsp;bugetul&nbsp;de&nbsp;cheltuieli&nbsp;pe anul 1932, pe care l-am aflat de asemenea \u00een regul\u0103.<\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">11 Aprilie 1932<\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Cenzori:<\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">(ss) Gh.
